Fukutei Yum Yum

Searching for good food in Klang has been tough these days. Perhaps not only in Klang, but also in all other places. One can hardly find good food along with quality services in restaurants or cafes anymore.
The boyfriend and I were tired of chicken rice, economic rice and soup noodles for lunch. So one day we went around looking for food in the Klang City. And we found this!!!
Sushi Buffet!
Who on earth would realise there's a Sushi Buffet in Klang! There's hardly any restaurant offering buffet in Klang simply because people in Klang are very calculative and they are big-eaters. Instead of paying RM 3.50 for a bowl of soup noodles which wouldn't be able to make them feel full a weee bit, they would rather pay for buffet and stuff themselves with food till they get really bloated and die of it . If it wasn't because we went walking to shops by shops trying to locate good food, we wouldn't know theres a Fukutei sushi restaurant there. How lucky we were, eh?
The ambience

For RM 45++ per adult and RM 28++ per child, one can enjoy Sushi Buffet in the nicely decorated restaurant only from 11.45 am to 2 pm on weekends. I know! They are so clever right! People in Klang normally work too on Saturdays (except if you are working for big companies and your boss happen to be some young entrepreneurs who understand that Saturdays should be off-days for the employees). So the only days where most of them would go for Sushis are on Sundays.
Macam-macam sushis ada

And macam-macam Ramen and Donburi and Teppanyaki
The waitress would come and take your order and the sushi sifu would prepare them immediately, on the spot. If you were to sit at the bar, you would be able to see how the sifus cut those salmons, wrap those sushis and all. Pretty much like those sushi sifus in the Japanese drama.
Anticipating good food. No you cant see my saliva drooling because I wiped it dry before taking this picture. Teehee!
Salmon sashimis!!

Those sashimis were really thick! No I am not joking, and neither am I exaggerating.
Was it the thick sashimi or was it my fat finger?
California Maki
Spicy Ebi Tempura Maki which weren't spicy at all
Posing with makanan
I tell you, the boyfriend and I were really clowns in the restaurant. The waiters and waitresses were all feeling weird looking at both of us taking pictures of not only the food, but also every single corner of the restaurant. While I was posing with the sushi, you know lah kan, sometimes the first few pictures do not turn out to be nice, and hence we tried taking it again and again while I was holding the sushi with my chopsticks. And then the sushi kinda unfold itself.

And then "plak!!".. It finally dropped onto my palm.
And then some of them laughed at us! What lah! *malu* It's not that I am not good in holding chopsticks okay! Trust me the way I hold my chopsticks is the most proper and perfect one okay! ..in my family.
Ebi Tempura which tasted really really good. Yum yum! *drools*
Unagi yang sedap sekali
Tobiko or Todiko or Tadika or whatsoever lah. It exploded in my mouth wtf so delicious!

Fresh Salmon Roll
Guess what were those green things in the middle? They tasted awful. This was by far the most not delicious sushi that I've eaten in Fukutei. Those green thing were the Japanese Vegetable, and the sifu squeeze them all together and stuffed them in the sushis and made us chewed and chewed and chewed while eating this. Chewed till gigi pun longgar.
And then when we felt 90% full already, there was this cute looking waitresses who approached us. And there she came telling us that we shouldn't have ordered what we had ordered because those were all rice. And 6 bijis of sushis = 1 bowl of rice. And then if customers were to order the sushis, the sifus would make 6 bijis for each order so that the stupid customers like us get full easily and hence won't order more.
wtf so can you imagine how many bowls of rice the boyfriend and I had eaten! wtf wtf!

And the strangest thing was that the waitress herself came telling us this. O_O Sweet hor that girl? why lah why didnt she tell us earlier!! She'd even recommended us to try out a lot more other dishes!

Which we did! Hahahaha! Who cares lah! Expensive buffet lah. You don't go home until you get bloated !
Unagi Kabayaki

Gosh I would have ordered 10 plates of this Unagi Kabayaki if I were to know that they tasted that nice! Yeah THAT nice! Especially when they were served with the special sauce. Aiyoyo wasted wasted!!

Okay lah so we didn't want to eat sushis already.
And we attacked sashimis instead!

We had butter fish sashimi, salmon sashimi (and this was already the 5th or 6th order of salmon sashimis), and Teko Sashimi. But I still think that Salmon Sashimis tasted the best. Butter fish were so-so lah, and Teko Sashimi somehow tasted very weird, but nice also lah.
The boyfriend attacking his Edamame

While we were busy eating kan, the same waitress approached us TWICE. Every time she came to us with different menus in hands. And then she went on explaining to us that they do cater for party and sorta sorta things like that.
Which one do you like most?

Makes me wonder why she was so helpful and all. I didn't see any of the other waiter or waitresses doing this to the other customers!

And then I came to a conclusion. That waitress must have thought that the boyfriend and I were some writers or people like that who came to try out their food and then would later comment about their services and food in a certain article, simply because we went there with a big camera shooting their pictures here and there!

The colourful menu
They have salmon steak too!

So next time if you were to go to any of the restaurants to have your meals, try bringing your cameras! They might think that you are some big big writer coming to review their food, and perhaps, if you are lucky enough, you might get better services and better food. =D
